The River Dane offers challenging, yet very rewarding fishing. We have half a mile of river frontage which offers the opportunity to catch grayling, chubb and dace. Brown trout are also in the river enabling you to barbeque your own freshly caught fish!

Our lake is well stocked with carp, perch, roach and bream, providing more relaxed fishing that can be enjoyed by all the family.

Fishing at Daneside is exclusively for the family and friends of our luxury holiday home and lodge owners and is entirely free. You must however have a current rod licence.
